Rosemary’s Relishes

My role has now changed, much less energetic but still nonetheless busy. I can now give more of my energy to the garden and to the production of relishes, chutneys, marmalades, etc. to supply the house. I also sell my produce in the house and occasionally through other outlets such as country markets.
