Roundwood House is of interest both historically and architecturally and has character and charm. It is a fine example of a Palladian Villa from the early Georgian period, secluded in its own woods of lime, beach and chestnut. The house has a comfortable atmosphere achieved by the design of a large two-storied hall which links the smaller proportioned reception rooms.

Roundwood offers the opportunity of going back in time to an era when leisure, grace and beauty symbolised the good life. Few places remain where this environment is still intact. |
